Ken and Jamie were looking to create a Mediterranean atmosphere full of colors
and fragrance to replace areas in their yard lacking the presence of life and
ambience.

With that in mind, our team of designers came up with a plan to create a
landscape that would stimulate all five senses while incorporating what currently
existed in their yard. This delightful garden features grapevines, lavender,
rosemary, basil, oregano, garlic, and an array of colors and aromas to arouse
the senses.
Was your landscape completed in a timely fashion?
Yes, and advised prior of not being able to complete on time as they cannot control
acts of god :)
Were we easy to get a hold of?
Yes. Either (Tom or Tom) owner(s) would answer. I don't believe I had to leave a
voice mail message once with this large project.
Did we show up on time for our appointments?
Like clock work. I advise you not to be late.
Are you satisfied with the landscape we created?
Immensely. I look forward to our next project together.
What area did we excel in?
Knowledge of plants. Quality of products you see and don't see (underground). I don't
think I saw any landscaper take a break when on property. Honesty in what would
grow strong and what would it take from you to keep a more sensitive plant in a
certain area of the yard to produce, year after year in a desert environment.
Would you refer us to someone you know?
Without a doubt. I believe your actions spoke for themselves when neighbors snook a
peak. I saw them out our window. There is now on a waiting list for me to get them
back.
Final comments?
All employees of this company are polite, respectful and darn hard working. I further
saw their work and talents via my next door neighbors project. I couldn't wait to have
them start on our on going labor of love for now and in the future. I am anxious to see
what it will really look like 5 years from now. Wow!

Modern Landscape is a professional company. They are easy to get a hold of and to
work with. During our bid process, they respectfully listened to our concerns and
ideas while providing expert advice and design. The installation team worked quickly
and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We are extremely pleased with our
landscape and are now enjoying many compliments from our neighbors. We would
highly recommend Modern Landscape.
